Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our team. The Construction Foreman will oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with established goals and priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing teams, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage construction tasks in alignment with project priorities and deadlines.

• Develop and maintain employee and project schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation.

• Monitor attendance and performance of team members, addressing any concerns proactively.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols on the job site.

• Oversee and guide the use of construction machinery and equipment, ensuring proper handling and maintenance.

• Identify and resolve emerging issues and conflicts in a timely and peaceful manner.

• Allocate tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively to optimize team productivity.

• Supervise, train, and provide constructive feedback to workers to foster professional growth and efficiency.

• Ensure that adequate labor, tools, and other resources are available to meet project needs.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with teams and reporting progress.

• Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management tools is a plus.
