Welcome to Rock Church Construction! We are a family-owned business that has been serving Wisconsin for nearly 30 years. Tom Jinkins established the company in 1994 and in 2001, his son Phil joined the team. After years of working together, Tom retired in 2014, and Phil's wife, Missy, became a part of the business. Now the business consists of the whole Jinkins' family plus a few other employees that are also considered family!
